 Zum ersten mal im Seqouia Lodge und zusammen mit Daniel und Alice.

19. 06.2003

 Nach nur 3 Stunden Schlaf sind wir um 3 Uhr morgens aufgestanden und zu Daniel und Alice gefahren. Um 4 Uhr haben wir die Sachen in den  neuen Wagen der beiden gepackt und los ging es. Die Frühstückspause fand wie gewohnt in Belgien statt und um kurz vor zehn kamen wir in der SL an. Bei der Rezeption waren zwar Daniel und Alice im Computer zu finden, allerdings waren die Ausweise und Eintrittskarten nicht fertig gemacht. Wir haben dann schon mal das Frühstück für Samstag reserviert und da die Zimmer noch nicht fertig waren, sind wir sofort in Richtung Park gegangen. Zuerst haben wir natürlich nach unserem Stein gesehen und… er liegt J. Danach erst mal im Salon Mickey ein kleines 2. Frühstück einnehmen. Danach ging es in den Park und ich habe in der Town Hall nach der Sonnenblende gefragt die ich im Mai im Cafe Mickey vergessen hatte…. Und sie war tatsächlich da. Nun ging es Richtung Discoveryland. Dort haben wir erst mal einen Fastpass für SM geholt und stellten dann allerdings fest das es dort technische Probleme gab. Weiter zu Honey I Shrunk The Audience, gleiches Problem L. Nun zu It´s a Small World, Story Book Land, Casey jr. und Pirates of the Caribean. Nach einem Rundgang im Adventureland über die Hängebrücken haben wir erst mal eine Pause im Frontierland gemacht. Big Thunder Mountain war relative voll, also erst mal Phantom Manor. Danach sind wir erst mal ins Hotel die Zimmer beziehen.  Ich hatte bei der Buchung angegeben das wir neben einander liegenden Zimmer in den oberen Etagen haben wollten. Wir bekamen Zimmer die im versetzt zueinander lagen im Erdgeschoß und eine Zwischentür hatten sie auch nicht. Nach einer Reklamation an der Rezeption konnten wir in die 4. Etage umziehen und hatten jetzt Zimmer bei denen wir die Zwischentür öffnen konnten. Wir haben dann gleich einen Tisch im Hunters Grill für 20:30 Uhr reserviert. Nachdem wir die Sachen ausgepackt hatten und Siggi herausgefunden hat welcher Eisautomat funktionierte sind wir in die Studios gegangen. Da gerade Cinemagique anfing haben wir  es uns angesehen. Danach Rock´n´Roller Coaster und Armageddon und wieder zurück in den Disneyland Park. Jetzt gab es fast keine Wartezeit bei Space Mountain und auch Big Thunder Mountain war ohne große Wartezeit zu erledigen. Damit haben wir es geschafft am 1. Tag das „Pflichtprogramm“ abzuarbeiten. Kurz aufs Zimmer und dann zum Essen. Die Menüs im Hunters Grill sind wirklich super und so konnten wir den 1. Tag super beenden. Noch ein kurzer Verdauungsspaziergang zum NPC. Zum Schluss noch einen Smirnoff-Ice und kurz nach Mitternacht habe wir den Wecker für den nächsten Tag auf  7:00 Uhr gestellt.

 Um kurz vor acht haben wir uns auf den Weg zum Disneyland Park gemacht, denn wir hatten Fantasyland Breakfast. Es war leer und wir waren die ersten im Restaurant. Danach sofort ohne Wartezeit Peter Pan,  Pinnochio, Schneewittchen, Dumbo und Caroussel de Lancelot. Da wir die Stunt Show sehen wollten sind wir dann in die Studios gewechselt, doch wegen des Streiks der Akteure war die Show gestrichen. Alice und ich habe dann in den Animation gelernt wie man ein Donald Gesicht zeichnet und danach ging es zu Animagique und zu Disney Animation. Weiter zur Studio Tram Tour und danach wieder in den Disneyland Park, wo wir als erstes Tarzan The Encounter sahen, und danach ins Visionarium. Jetzt hatten wir und eine kleine Stärkung im Cafe Hyperion verdient. Da gerade die Show im Videopolis anfing blieben wir gleich dort sitzen. Als die Show zu Ende war kam es zu einer Auseinnandersetzung mit einem Cast Member da er und wohl verwechselt hat. Daniel, Alice und Siggi gingen dann zu Star Tours und ich habe Foto´s gemacht. Anschließend sind wir mit der Disneyland Railroad bis zum Fantasyland gefahren und dann durchs Schloß durch zurück zur Main Street natürlich nicht ohne in den Geschäften gewesen zu sein. Die Jungs entschieden sich nun Pause im Hotel zu machen und Alice und ich sind erst mal ne Runde in den Pool gegangen.  Um halb zehn sind wir dann noch mal los im Village die Geschäfte unsicher machen und haben dann noch in der Hotelbar einen Cocktail getrunken. Im Zimmer gab es dann noch Rotwein und Chips und schon war es ein Uhr morgens.

22.06.2003

vor dem Frühstück (diesmal im Hotel)  haben wir schon die nötigsten Sachen gepackt ,damit wir sie im Auto verstauen konnten. Wir haben dann noch einen Rundgang zum Santa Fe und Hotel Cheyenne gemacht um dann den Schlüssel abzugeben und in den Salon Mickey erst mal kurz von dem langen Marsch erholen. Danach zu Indiana Jones Backwards …….und…. ich wusste warum ich dort eigentlich nicht rein wollte. Es ist FURCHTBAR!! Und mir war hinterher sehr übel. Als nächstes haben wir das Baumhaus der Familie Robinson bestiegen und waren in Alice Curious Labyrinth. Danach haben wir uns Winnie the Pooh and his Friends too angesehen…..süüüüüüüüß. Gegessen haben wir im Rainforest Cafe und es war super wie immer. Noch ein kurzer Abstecher in die Studios um noch einmal Rock´n´Roller Coaster zu fahren und dann…… Shop till we drop. Mit vielen Tüten beladen sind wir um halb sieben in den Carrefour gestartet, haben dort noch Vanilla Coke und Apfelmusvarianten geholt. Gegen zwei Uhr waren wir wieder in Dortmund.

After only 3 hours of sleep weg et up a 3 in the morning and drove to Daniel and Alice friends of us. At about 4 a.m. we were on aour way. Breastfast break at Belgium as usual and at about 10 a.m. we reached the SL. At the rezeption the booking of Daniel and Alice was found in the computer but they did not prepare there parc passes. We got a reservation for the breakfast on Saturday and after they made the passes we went to the parcs cause the rooms were not ready yet. First we had a look after our stone..and yes..... it was laid. After that we went to Salon Mickey for a 2. breakfast.

After that in the Parc an I asked at Town Hall fort he sunblade I forgot at Cafe Mickey in May.......and I got it back. Now we went to Discoveryland to get us a Fastpast for SM but they got technical problems, at the same. L. We went to IASW, Story Book Land ,Casey jr. and POC. After a litte walk along Adventureland over the bridges wem ade a rest at Frontierland. BTM was a long waiting time so we did PM first. After that we went back to the hotel to get our rooms. When I booked i ordered rooms to be connected at the higher floors, bur we got rooms at the ground floor, which could not be connected. Back to the reception and we got room on the 4th floor with a connection. We made a reservation at the Hunters Grill for 8:30 p.m. After putting our luggage on the right place and Siggi found the working ice cube maschine we went to the WDS. First we did Cinemagique, then RnRC and Armageddon and then back to the DLP. Now the waiting time for SM was very short and we also drove  BTM. We were able to do all the important rides on the first day. A very short break at the room and then downstairs for dinner. The menus at the Hunters Grill are great and worth the money. After that we did a littel walk to the NPBC. At least we had a good night dring (Smirnoff-Ice) at the room. 

20.06.2003

We made our way to the DLP at about 8:00 a.m. to have the Fantasyland breakfast. It was so empty and we were the first at the Restaurant. Without any waiting time we did Peter Pan,  Pinnochio, Cinderella, Dumbo and Caroussel de Lancelot. Cause we wanted to see the Stunt Show we changed to the Studios, but because of the strike the Show was cancelled. Alice and I learnt at Animation how to draw Donalds face and then we went to Animagique and Disney Animation. Further on to the Studio Tram Tour and back to the DLP, where we saw Tarzan The Encounter first, and the to the Visionarium. Now we need a little break and we got us a burger at the Cafe Hyperion. As the show at the  Videopolis just started we stayed there. After the Show we got a little very angry conversation with a CM that thlought we were some others that left the table in a mess. Daniel, Alice and Siggi went to Star Tours and I made some photos. After that we went with the DLR to the Fantasyland and we walked through the castle and along Main Street to do some shopping. The guys decided to have a rest at the hotel while Alice and I went to the hotel pool.  At half past nine we went to the Village to do some more shopping and after that we had a cocktail at the hotel bar. At our we had a bottle of red wine and chips.

22.06.2003

before the breakfast (this time at the hotel) we packed our things to put them in the car afterwards. We made a walk to the SF and  Cheyenne and after giving back our keycard we went to Salon Mickey for a little break. After the to Indiana Jones Backwards …….and…. I knew it before that I should not ride it. It is HORRIBLE !! I thought I would collapse. After that we saw the tree of the Robinson Family and then Alice Curious Labyrinth. We saw Winnie the Pooh and his Friends too …..lovely!!. For lunch we went to the Rainforest Cafe and it was great as ever. A quick stop-over at the Studios to ride RNRC again and then…… Shop till we drop. With a lot of things we started at 6:30 p.m. to our way back, but we first stopped at the Carrefour to buy some Vanilla Coke and other things. At about 2 0´clock in the morning of the next day we were  back home.
